Naturally sweet and soft, these premium Medjool dates are grown in one of the most fertile regions on earth and are carefully harvested at peak ripeness for the best taste and quality.

Our dates are grown by small-scale Palestinian farmers in Jericho, Al Ouja, and Al Jiftlik - all historically and geographically part of the Jordan Valley. The Jordan Valley is officially a Palestinian area in the West Bank, of which part is occupied by Israeli settlements. This unique landscape, sitting approximately two hundred and fifty-eight metres below sea level, offers intense heat, mineral-rich soil, and ideal growing conditions that produce some of the finest Medjool dates in the world.

Rooted in Land, Heritage, and Care

For generations, Palestinian families have tended these groves with deep care and pride, passing down farming knowledge as a living inheritance. Even today, many farmers balance other professions alongside the harvest, returning each season to work the land that has belonged to their families for generations.

Each palm tree receives meticulous attention, from pruning and pollination to long watering cycles and manual humidity checks, ensuring quality is prioritised over volume. Only dates harvested at optimal moisture levels qualify as Grade One, resulting in a soft bite, glossy skin, and naturally rich sweetness.

Our dates are packed at a solar-powered Palestinian facility in Jericho, supporting local industry and sustainable production. Nothing from the harvest is wasted: dates that do not meet visual grading standards are responsibly repurposed into paste or animal feed, honouring the full yield of the land.
