For 2 Chocolate Shakes

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 6 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs (or 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder)
  • 400ml dairy-free protein milk

Method:

  1. Pit the dates and place them into a blender with the bananas, cacao nibs or cocoa powder, and protein milk.
  2. Blend until smooth. For an extra frosty treat, add ice cubes before blending.
