PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER

Abrar is the Palestinian heart of our team, born and raised in Gaza. After earning her undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature at the Islamic University of Gaza, she was awarded a full scholarship to pursue a Master’s in International Relations at Durham University in 2022. Abrar comes from a family deeply rooted in education and service. Her father is a leading anesthetist at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, and her mother is both a teacher and a key contributor to the science curriculum used across Gaza and the West Bank. These strong foundations shaped her passion for sharing the Palestinian story with the world through her own voice. She joined Holy Land Dates full-time in January 2024, bringing with her not only professional skill but a genuine taste of Palestine that touches every part of our work. Her bilingual fluency in Arabic and English has been vital in strengthening our relationships with Palestinian suppliers and partners and has allowed us to bring our customers a much wider range of products. For Abrar, representing Palestine is a duty she carries with pride. One of the ways she fulfils that mission is by helping to share the story of her homeland through the work of Holy Land Dates.
