The journey of a Medjool date is a precise one. In the fertile fields of Al-Ouja, Jericho, farmers carefully tend to each tree, and when the harvest arrives, the real work begins. 4,200 square meters of farmland are dedicated to the meticulous processes of sorting, grading, and packing freshly harvested dates. Every step, from washing and drying to sizing and packaging is carried out with precision. From the moment the dates are planted, through the growing, sorting, and packing stages, excellence is woven into every step of the process.
